The hacker group called hackint0sh recently released iPlus 2.0; a Windows application [also available for Macs] that takes care of uncrippling that sweet piece of mobile hardware which we call iPhone.  The dudes at iClarified has released a great [Windows] tutorial on how to accomplish this.
